This program is a two-way partnership. I’m here to support you, guide you, and give you the tools — but your results come from your commitment to showing up for yourself.
Here’s what I ask from you during our 6 weeks together:
Stay engaged. Show up for your weekly check-ins and be honest about your progress and challenges. This is your space — the more you put in, the more you’ll get out.
Use your tools. Log your meals, review the handouts, and do the strategies we discuss. Progress doesn’t come from perfection — it comes from consistency.
Be open. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Be open to learning, trying new things, and giving yourself grace along the way.
Communicate. If something isn’t working, let me know! I’m here to support you, not to judge you.
